Two ways we can run your office
The first is the one you'd expect: we bring a fully equipped, fully branded coffee bar into your space, set it up, run it, and take it away. Nothing of yours is required beyond floor space and power.
The second is more useful than most companies realize. If you already have a counter, a pantry or a service area, we can convert it into a working specialty café for the day — same machines, same baristas, no cart taking up your lobby. For buildings with tight freight elevators or strict load-in rules, this is usually the easier answer.

A properly staffed Brightside bar serves thousands of drinks in a day. That's what makes us the practical option for conferences, trade shows, multi-floor employee events and week-long activations, not just a 40-person meeting.
The number that matters is drinks per hour, not cups total. One barista handles roughly 60–75 handcrafted drinks an hour. We work backwards from your headcount and your window to decide how many bars and baristas it takes to keep the line under a couple of minutes, and we tell you that number in the quote.
Branded, because it's a marketing line as much as a perk
Custom-printed cups, a bar wrap in your brand colors, menu boards set in your typeface, a signature drink named for the campaign or the milestone, and your company logo printed into the foam of every latte.
For client-facing events that last detail does a lot of work. People photograph a cup with their own company's logo on it, and they post it. We've had corporate hosts tell us the branded cart was the thing they hadn't expected and the thing everyone mentioned.
Your facilities team won't have to manage us
Our operations team coordinates staffing, equipment, ingredients, building access, certificates of insurance, electrical requirements, install, breakdown and guest flow. We've worked Downtown towers, the Texas Medical Center, the Energy Corridor and the Galleria, and we know that the hard part of a corporate event is almost never the coffee — it's the dock at 6am.

I hired Brightside to come to a client's office for a morning and the team did absolutely incredible. Marissa the barista did a phenomenal job — we never had a long line because she worked so quickly and she's so personable with the clients. Izrael and Miguel also did such a great job with setup and breakdown in a timely and professional manner. The icing on the cake was they didn't only help me logo brand the coffee itself but the cart came branded, which was not expected and truly amazing. Made the event pop. Will use them every time I'm in Houston moving forward.

Corporate Coffee Catering FAQs
How many drinks can you serve per hour?
Roughly 60–75 handcrafted drinks per barista per hour. For a 500-person all-hands with a 90-minute window, that's multiple bars — we'll size it in the quote so you're not guessing.
Can you serve in our lobby or do you need a separate room?
A standard bar needs about an 8-foot footprint and dedicated 20-amp circuits. Lobbies work well. If power or space is tight, we can convert an existing counter instead.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Most Houston office buildings and venues require one, and we issue it as part of the booking process. Send us the building's requirements and we'll handle it directly.
Can you do recurring service, not just one event?
We do. Weekly or monthly on-site coffee mornings are common for offices using it as a retention or return-to-office perk. Ask us about a recurring schedule when you request a quote.
