About us
We started with one cart and a stubborn opinion about coffee

Brightside Coffee Bar launched in Houston in 2020 with a simple idea: the coffee at events is almost always an afterthought, and it doesn't have to be. A carafe on a table at the back of the room is a missed opportunity — for the host, and for everyone who came.
So we built the opposite. A real specialty café that arrives on wheels: La Marzocco espresso machines, Mahlkönig grinders, good beans, and baristas who are trained to make the drink properly and to be a pleasure to stand in front of. We're a Latino-owned business, and the hospitality we grew up with is genuinely the product here — not a line in a brochure.
Since then we've poured for weddings across Harris County, for offices and client meetings, for conferences and trade shows, for store openings and press days, and for brands that needed a coffee bar in their own colors for three days straight. Some of those events are 60 people. Some are thousands of drinks in a day. The equipment scales; the standard doesn't move.
What we're actually good at
Two things, mostly. The first is customization — branded cups, wrapped bars, signature drinks and logos printed straight into the foam of every latte, so the coffee service looks like it was designed alongside everything else at your event. The second is logistics. Power requirements, venue load-in windows, dock access, install and breakdown, guest flow: our operations team owns all of it, which is why hosts tell us the coffee was the part they never had to think about.
The reviews are the real bio
We have 987 Google reviews at a 5.0 rating. What we're proudest of is that most of them name a barista by name — Poppy, Marissa, Ashanti, Fiona, Camryn. People don't remember a vendor. They remember the person who made them a lavender latte and had a real conversation with them. That's the whole business.

Some of the brands we've poured for
Energy, consulting, healthcare, real estate, fashion and sport — across Houston and beyond.
